FSP, founded by two former athletes, Miles Greenblatt and Razer Ashraf, emerged from a shared passion that transcended into a business endeavor. Drawing upon their extensive background in athletics, Miles and Razer envisioned FSP as more than a training facility—it embodies a commitment to revolutionizing the landscape of youth athlete development. Their vision extends beyond the immediate goals of performance enhancement, seeking to instill a holistic approach that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional resilience.

FSP operates as an exclusive, members-only facility, a deliberate choice due to the limited availability of spots each season and the commitment required to provide the highest value to our athletes. Athletes accepted into FSP are expected to be dedicated and determined in their pursuit of their athletic goals.
The onboarding process at FSP is a minimum of 16 weeks in duration and consists of three distinct training blocks. What sets FSP apart is the fully personalized approach taken in crafting training programs for each athlete. This customization encompasses load, reps, sets, target velocity, and drop-off percentages, ensuring that each athlete's program is tailored to their unique needs and objectives. Athletes also have the flexibility to opt out of the cycle after completing week four, offering them a level of control and choice within the program.
